Wheel Sizes and Flares
I'm struggling between installing rear flares and 19x12s or leaving the stock panels. Question is if I went with the 12s in the rear will that impact handling (18x9.5s in front)? Would the fronts require flares at that size?
How wide can you go with the stock panels and not have the wheels poking out front underneath?

There have been several threads on this...You ask about handleing....well thats the size of the C6 ZO6 (19x12 & 18x9.5)....so I would say you would be fine.
Are you after cosmetics or function ??

Heres what a (19x12 & 18x9.5) C6 ZO6 wheels look like on a C5 ZO6 with out flared quarters;
And about the front fender....it depends on your tire choice. 285/275 will be just about flush or a ch over.

A C5 ZO6 18x10.5 has a 8.033" back space - 10.5" = 2.17". Thats how much will be extended past the face of the brake rotor.
And the C6 ZO6 19x12 has a 8.82" back space - 12" = 3.18". Thats how much will be extended past the face of the brake rotor.
So 2.17" - 3.18" = 1.01" difference. And FYI, the C5Z wheel sets about 1/4" inside the fender lip. Meaning a C6 ZO6 rear wheel will stick out about 3/4" of an inch to 1". As the picture above shows.
If this is going on a C5Z then a 1/2" spacer will be needed to clear the rear brake ducts.
