Default LS2 intake and LS1/6 fuel system question

Quick qestion for your LS GURU's....

I purchased an LS2 intake and 90mm TB to install on my FRC.

My question is, can I reuse my existing LS1 intake fuel system/rails on the LS2 intake ?

OR do I have to buy the fuel rails for the LS2 intake ?

You need to use LS2 rails, but you need to make sure you're injectors fit the cups, and I believe they are too short to reach thier seats without modification. You also will need a LS1 to LS2 wiring harness adapter. It's not a very good mod for your car, IMO. Do you have a returnless fuel system? If you haven't already bought it, you're better off with a LS6 mani, or FAST, which'll need the harness, but uses your fuel rail/injectors. (FAST 90). I don't know about the newer Wilsons.

I'd use a LS6 over the LS2 manifold.

fuel rails for an LS2 and injectors I can get. LS6 intakes don't take 90mm TB's and FAST 90's are far and few between. Plus anyone that has one for sale, used, still wants an arm and a leg for them.

So with that said, thanks for the input and it looks like I need to chase down some LS2 fuel rails, harnesses and injectors.

for 300 bucks TBIS will put a 90mm nozzle on your LS6 intake. Then you have a better flowing intake with the throttle body size you are wanting.

The LS2 intake I'm using will be modified to flow as good or better than the FAST. And for a lot less than $300 bucks.

Just do it. Considering the mods you have cam/headers, etc....I think you'll be happy with the results.
