I am having a door lock problem on the driver's side door. Its only on the drivers side. The drivers side door will NOT lock when the key fob is used. It will NOT lock using the button on the arm of the door. The door WILL unlock with the key fob and also unlock using the button on the door also. The relays are working because I can hear them clicking when I use the key fob.
Any suggestions on how to tackle this problem?
Thank you!!

I had same issuses with my pass side door, I also could hear clicking I replaced both lock and unlock relays a it worked...sounds like you need to replace locking relay...the only way to test, would be to swap door modules just to see if its the locking relay...hope that helps
Can buy a used one from a junk yard on Ebay for about $100. They also have a repair service that fixes yours for about $60 but you have to send it in and wait for it to come back. I will probably buy a used one.
I just test drove an 01 that I might buy - it has under 18k on it, but the driver's door power lock isn't working. I noticed when I press the lock and unlock buttons on the door panel, I can see the lock lever thingy wiggle a little bit, but it won't move it enough to actually lock or unlock the door.
The owner claims its the actuator and is a cheap fix, but never got around to it.
Since it's moving a little but not quite enough - could it be the actuator in my case?
