Help diagnose- Bogging problem at part throttle

Help diagnose- Bogging problem at part throttle
Occasionally when driving my 98kmi h/c/i C5, I will accelerate no matter the gear and it will no go faster, it will make a gurgling nose, like a muffled water bong. if I let off the gas right away and get back on it's just fine.
I'm thinking a sticking throttle body? Haven't taken off the intake to see if its caked with carbon.
I'm considering getting it re-tuned as well to make sure the fuel is spot on. (carbon out the tailpipes is ridiculous.)
anyone had this happen or know whats my problem before I go spending $?

Problem seems to be worse when cold engine, starts a 2K
Ordered new plugs n wires. contemplating new injectors. Going to get re-tuned.
Seems to be getting worse. I am unsure why it would bog down worse and worse now.
