i have a 99 and recently it has been making a whir whir whir noise when turning at slow speeds. it wont make the noise unless im moving and between 1-15mph ... i can feel it in the steering wheel very faintly. it really sounds like its coming from upfront. i know the rear end noise is common but i had fresh fluids put in there about 6 months ago. nothing really seems to be loose as far as endlinks go and all the bushings look fine im not sure what else to check... tires have less than 2,000 mi on them they are michelin pilot sports.. it does not make this noise unless im making a turn into my driveway or parking lot it doesnt do this when im making a full 90 degree turn on the street, just at slower speeds i hear it.
i cleared my codes about a month ago and heres what i have
b1001 H
b2285 h
u1096, 1064, 1016, h
c2120 h,c
i know 1 of them is from TPMS (2120) as I have the newer sensors with the older transmitter and havent fixed that yet, but im more concerned about this noise and feel
im a little concerned about the U codes saying loss of communication with BCM and IPC
