2001 Z06 noise
I have a noise occasionally in my 2001 Z06. It usually happens at around 3,000RPM. I have had it happen while driving and have had it happen when in the driveway in neutral. Of course, when I try to replicate it I can't get the sound.
When the windows are up it sounds like stones or gravel hitting something directly in front of me, like right behind the stereo. When the windows are down I can hear it outside the car. It still sounds like stones or gravel hitting something, even when I am sitting still in the driveway.
Any thoughts?
