Default HELP - Brake Torque Specs!

I am replacing most of my stock brake parts all around, including new drilled/slotted rotors, new pads, and new stainless steel brake lines.

I am leaving the stock calipers. Although I did paint them.

My question is, there are two different torque specs printed in the dealer service manual regarding tightening the brake caliper inlet bolt. (The one that connects the hose to the caliper.)

In the "Hydraulic Brakes" chapter, under "Brake Hose Replacement" it says to tighten the brake caliper inlet bolt to 37 lb ft.

But in the next "Disc Brakes" chapter, under "Brake Caliper Replacement" it says to tighten the brake caliper inlet bolt to 30 lb ft.

Which one do I do?

I didn't check to see if it was specified here. Lower setting would probably be better with that bolt though...

Looking at the 2004 manual for both procedures, it appears they split the difference, and made the spec 33 ft lbs.
