I vaguely remember a feature that allows you to view the last few min or last highest MPH.. so the trick would be to reset the value before handing you car off to the attendant then read it when you got your car back.. I believe its thru the DIC

Never heard of that and I don't think I have seen it in the c5 tips and tricks. I think the only way is if you have HPtuners/ls1 edit and set the paramaters to say 5mph other then that I'm 99.9% sure that their is no other way. At least not factory wise
