No Start Help

)

I hooked up the fuel psi tester, switched out to a new battery (original was weakened due to constant starting attempts) and jumped the fuel pump relay to keep the pump on.
Test resulted in only 5-6 psi on the gauge, and when the pressure was released only fuel vapor came out, no fuel.
So I went to the gas station and got 5 gallons of fuel. As soon as it started to fill into the tank I knew what was wrong. The tank was so dry that it sounded like I was pouring the fuel onto the ground, and I kept looking under the car to make sure I wasn't.
So back to the test, I turned the key on and the fuel psi rose up to 30-35 psi. I released the pressure valve for about 3 seconds and fuel started to come out. Read the gauge again and it jumped to 55-60 psi. Removed the jumper wire on the relay and spun the car over, and it started up.
My new problem? The fuel gauge was reading 1/4 tank solid. After the 5 gallons were put in, it now reads 1/2 tank. I checked the miles driven and it is at 193.1 on this tank. My last 4 fill ups have been; 128.1 miles took 10.53 gallons to fill up. 159.7 miles took 13.873 gallons. 130.5 miles took 9.669 gallons. 123 miles took 9.591 gallons.
Does it sound like I have an issue in 1 of the tanks?
