brake lights
I have a 99 hatch stick. I keep blowing fuse 8 in the foot well I replaced the hazard switch and still the same thing if i hold my foot on the brake for 10 seconds the fuse pops. I have no brake or hazards but the turn signals and the lights all work. does or could someone point me in the right direction of fixing this. brake switch maybe? any help would be appreciated thanks rick

See the wire connector next to the socket wrench? Unplug it, clean both ends and reconnect.

also:
On the EBCM make sure the wiring harness is plugged in good and tight, maybe use a plastic tie to secure.
