its running a ls2 super charged mtr and 6 speed trans . i have done it before with 95 camaro dash pod on a ls 1 40 gmc pick up

Well Wayne, things changed a little bit after 1995. The following gauges(for a C5) operate based on communication with the PCM(over the class 2 serial data line):
You'll need a PCM to make this happen, and the appropriate sensor inputs to the PCM i.e. coolant temp, oil pressure(has to be correct type), modified fuel sender circuit, VSS.
Ok, just trying to help here, so I'll part with this. Aftermarket PCM's most likely will not have provisions for class 2 communication, unless they are a replacement for a C5.....so you'll need a C5 PCM. With regard to F-bodies, I know that as late as 1998, the oil pressure, and coolant temperature were direct from the sensor to the instrument.
