Default Crack repairs?

I have some ugly cracking on my front fascia around the outside of the turn signal recess. Is there a way to repair the Duraflex material before I repaint in order to prevent the return of the cracking in the new paint? Or do I need to replace the whole part?

TIA!

YEP-go to your local autobody supply house-they have the repair material but used fascias are $200 typically.

Well the autobody supply wanted about $50/oz. and I wasn't willing to pay. So I went to my Home Depot and picked up some Plastic Weld for $3.99
I ground the cracks in a Vee shape about halfway through the fascia.
Then I cleaned the dust from the Vee with Lacquer Thinner.
The Plastic Weld sets very quickly so do not mix very much at one time.
I use a piece of masking tape as the mixing surface and a 6" long by 1/8" screwdriver to mix and apply.
Apply the Plastic Weld into the Vee building it up to just a bit higher than the surface of the fascia.
Sand with a block covered with 600 grit wet-or-dry paper until flat.
Finish as required.
I flexed the fascia far beyond what it will ever see in operation and the crack is imperceptible.
The single tubes covered approximately 24" total length of a 3/16" wide and 1/8" deep Vee with about 1/4 of the Plastic Weld left over for some other application.
