Default Least Expensive Programming Tool?
Don't want to tune the car just need to adjust the fans, cags and rear end ratio, etc. Whats the least expensive tool available to do this?

A Hypertech but that wont rid you of CAGS. However it's only a $0.25 resistor that you can plug in.
