I'm in south Texas, and am shopping for the same thing. Everyone I've gotten a quote from is coming in around $300 for the install and $400 for a dyno tune.
I wouldn't expect it to cost more than 300, heck I would do it for 150.
I might take you up on that price one day. I am in Richmond, VA and have been considering getting some LG long tubes. I even have access to a full lift.

Well I have a lift in the "shop" section of the garage where I do 90% of my work.
Here is the video right after I got the headers bolted up, could use a little more light but it works. If Im not mistaken its 24x36.

Man, we should have some talented guys like you...charging prices like this here in the bay area. There would be a line around your house if labor was priced like this. Here, nobody would do it under $500 install. Tune is like another $500 That's what's keeping me from putting LT headers on mine..

Well its not like Im in business for it, and if they charge 90$/hour that would be about right for someone who has air tools and plenty of different length extensions. It took me closer to 8 hours when I put the LG's on mine, but of course I made a few mistakes which could have saved me a load of time like taking the coil brackets off to begin with and not putting the gasket on backwards and not realizing it until you are ready to torque it down...
