I seriously doubt straight water would hurt anything for a few days. Water transfers heat much better than coolant anyways. I would add Water-Wetter or similar though.
Living in a Southern climate, I routinely run 65/35 mix, with distilled water, not 50/50.

Using distilled water, I very much doubt that any corrosion would occur in just a few days.
I would be more concerned about boil over. Even with a working 18 PSI pressure cap, pure distilled water will boil at only 222 degrees. C5's will often run even hotter than that in the summer months.

The boiling point for water @ 18psi is over 250 deg F.
Makes sense.
I was curious since I run it on pure distilled water a few times to flush out the Dex-Cool when I change the coolant, & noticed even on a hot summer day...the few short rides I'll take... it'll run about 5 degrees cooler with pure water .
