The battery was dead, so I charged it for a short time, and was able to start the vehicle. The next day, I put a full charge on it, but now it won't start, and I get no dash lights, headlights, etc.
I had the battery tested, and it's fine. I'm thinking that its possibly a fuse, micro relay, or fusable link.
If it is completely dead electrically (i.e. nothing works electrically) check your battery grounds. If they are loose/off the car will have NO power at all for anything.

There's some good advice in this thread but the thing that's broke is often the thing you last touched. Check the battery terminal connections, make sure they're nice and tight. Also check the grounds and the cables to make sure they are free of corrosion.
