drilled rotor tool
where can I get a tool to counter sink the holes in rotors after resurface

I would think any machine tool supply you could buy a 1/2 90 deg countersink and use it in a drill press, that way you could set up a stop or with a hand drill. I have bought several items from Enco, pretty reasonable prices.

I could be wrong, but I swore you are not supposed to resurface drilled rotors.

looked on site,good prices but 1/2" seems to big. what did u use hss or carbide

Carbide. Cost more, but much longer life.

No, you are only gonna be using the end of it up to the dia. of the countersink you want on the holes in the rotor.
