stalling ... throttle position sensor issues!?

stalling ... throttle position sensor issues!?
the car has been going into rep under boost but now it runs for a few seconds and dies turn the a/c on and it dies instantly. When i scan the car with hptuners i am getting throttle position % but i am not getting any voltage. The codes im getting are :
p0103
p1120
p1220
p1221
p1514
p1516
i bought a used tb with tps sensor and it makes no difference. so unless both the tps on both throttle bodys is no good i can rule out a bad tps. I also took a reading from the plug with the key on.
A=5.v
B=0. ground
C=2.v
D=5.v
E=0. gound
F=nothing not ground no voltage (its the pink wire if that helps)
any help would be much appreciated!

The car seems to run ok and doesn't stall from a cold start but once it's warmed up and you restart it dies within seconds. I just filled it up the day before it started doing this is there any chance it could be bad gas? Any help or ideas would be great!
