It appears to be. If you put it into the part number search on gmpartshouse.com it comes up...

I think I might of not explained properly, What I need is the snap ring or collar that holds the whole rear bearing housing into the Torque Tube, My whole shaft is assembled with rear bearing installed but I am trying to find out what holds it in torque tube, The bearing housing itself has 3- 10mm bolts in it that enter from the rear & I cannot find anywhere a picture showing where the 3 bolts go, It seems like I am missing a collar that would locate the rear bearing housing in torque tube, The 3 bolts have to go into something but I cannot find anything showing where, I did not disassemble so I do not know what I am missing as this is the way I got it ??

The bolts are used as jack boltsto remove the shaft assembly. The snap ring is that holds the assembly in. Most will t app easliy rite out with a small piston hammer. Do not beat on the input shaft. Use a peice of wood.

Thank you much, I I knew there had to be somebody out there that could tell me, They do not say anything about the bolts in the Helms shop manuals I just bought, I think I located a snap ring, I would like to buy a new one if somebody could tell me a part # on the Large snap ring that holds the whole bearing carrier into torque tube ?
