Default Stroker cost..

I have the following upgrades listed in my signature. The car runs very strong considering its the stock bottom end. At 424RWHP right now. i want to know what should be the reasonable cost to now do a 383 or 396 stroker on this motor considering i should be able to use all the other components that i still have. All i need is the rotating assemble, right? What would be a good cost installed on something like that and what type of gains would be realistic over what i'm currently running?

I asked about doing a 383 in mine and the cost was in the $8000 ballpark (MTI). That involved new Stage III LS6 heads but also they were buying back my Stage II LS1 heads...

Definitely cheaper to just stroke it in the first place!!!

Good luck,
Justin

Don't bother now unless you want to go real big cubes 408+. Unless you have money to waste.

Don't want to waste money, But I'll probably supercharge the car in the fall and I would probably want to rebuild the bottom end. I thought that doing stronger parts in a 383 since I was probaly going to rebuild anyway. Rotating assembly can't be that expensive...like I said i've already have the heads/cam/headers etc...
