I know this has been beaten to death, but I read the window adjustment threads and while it helped it didn't totally fix my problem. I wanted to share a couple of other obvious things that made my fix 100%. I have pics if anyone wants them, but I don't see an attachment link here.
1. First make sure your door is adjusted correctly. They tend to sag a tiny bit over time, but both of mine were not flush with the rear quarter panel. One of them was actually 1/16th of an inch out and was simple to adjust. When properly adjusted, the glass presses harder against the rubber.
2. On the convertible, there is an aluminum strip that runs the length of the upper seal. You can press firmly on this strip and bend it out slightly which applies more pressure on the back of the seal and forms a tighter fit against the window. Do this from front to back.

What, if anything, have you done to fix the upper corners of the glass to fit beneath the canvas. My rearward glass corners overlap the glass when I close the doors.
