Default Cleaning Intake & Runners

What is the best thing to clean the inside of my intake with and the intake ports on the heads?

I removed my intake today to find a good bit of oil residue!

carb cleaner, Gumout, etc...

i found the best way to remove gunk is to spread peanut butter all over anything dirty and then spray it of with a fire extinguisher now give me back my programmer!
