Default service ABS, Traction control & Active Hand

Help My Service ABS, service active handling & service traction control warnings come on, usually around 40 MPH.
My mechanic thinks it the right front wheel sensor & it is expensive.
What if I do nothing?
Car is a 2001 with 30000 miles.
Thanks

Some door codes &
28-TCS C1233H

Pull your codes. If you do not know how to do that-try Advanced Search-100's of posts on it.

While the code indicates a faulty sensor it is almost always due to the wiring or connector. Parts are not that expensive (unless it turns out to be the ebcm) it just requires a little troubleshooting to locate the problem. Search the code, lots of information on the forum for dealing with this.

C1233 does not indicate a faulty sensor. Specifically, it is a open or shorted RF wheel speed circuit issue.

Try switching the sensor wires from right to left side. See if error follows it.

I had a similar situation the other day at about 70 MPH. Messages went away after the engine was re-started. Pulled codes and got
28-TCS C1214H (Sol valve relay contact or coil ckt open).
Have driven the car since and the message has not returned.
