My windshield washer is not dispensing fluid through it when i press the washer button. Any one have any ideas on this matter? I did replace washer fluid recently and filled it almost to the top. Did i over fill the tank?

Re: windshield washer not pumping (jever97)
Can you hear the pump when you try it? If not, check the fuse. If fuse O.K., then check the electrical connection to the pump. The pump connector is located underneath and to the rear of the reservoir. If connection good, then sounds like a bad pump.
If you hear pump, then unplug the hose at the driver's side wiper arm and try again. If it squirts, then you may need to clean out the nozzles on the wiper arms.
Personally I don't like to use the cheap pre-mixed "blue stuff" sold at most auto parts stores these days. I've seen the residue left behind when it dries around the reservoir filler cap and the nozzles and eventually it may
plug them up. Since I can't locate any TRICO or ANCO windshield washer solvent to mix with water, I buy GM's Optikleen solvent at the dealer and mix with DISTILLED water. Distilled water is cheap and I mix up a winter batch and a summer batch ahead of time. Works great and distilled water has no minerals to eventually build up and clog nozzles.
Hope that helps. :D
