Default Strange Hyper Flash- opinions welcome

My 01 coupe is having an intermittent hyper flash. Rear taillights are LED and have been on the vette since 2007. Front corners are all stock. Until today I have never had a hyper flash problem. What is strange to me is that it is the left turn signal only. Twice today after stopping and turning the car off it went away only to return after I had driven a while. Battery is fresh and always on a tender. I am familiar with symptoms of a weak battery and don't see any. Could the front signal bulb be the cause even though it still working? Scratching my head!

My bet would be the left turn signal bulb is on its way out. Easy way to tell is switch the bulbs from left to right and see if the problem follows the bulb, if it doesnt then it may be one of the resistors thats built into one of your led tails.
