NO.

I run oem C6Z wheels on my C5. I did a 2" mini tub as well as fender flares. With the 345/30/19 tires, thry tuck in great and NO tire sticking out at all....

I could have swore the C6 Z06 rim is 19X12, Well at least those are the 360 wheels I have on my Z06, Thanks for saving me about an hour of work I was going to see if my Z06 rims would clear my pacecar wheel wells. Have a great opportunity to buy a set of New GS rims and tires for less than a grand.

They are. Aftermarket wheels that say they are C6Z might not be the same width or offset. You can't beat the price of oem sold here used. I got all 4 with 2k miles on them for $1000. At $250 a pop they are a good deal.

The weight savings alone Vs. aftermarket mean a ton. You can really feel a difference in acceleration with the extra weight of what I run.

I went from light weight factory magnesiums to C6 repos and my ET did not change one bit! I have C6 repos in C5 offsets 11 in and only had to add a 1/4 inch spacer to the rear because of light scuffing on the inner fender shield,

Default Rims /tires

today I took the rims and tires up to a shop in Pasadena, MD. They were mounted, balanced and they fit the stock 2002 C5 without rubbing. Sold the rims tires and the stainless steel exhaust.

Yes, I'm running 18x9.5 C6 Z06 after markets wheels on the front of my 1999 C5 with 265/35x18" tires and 19x11's on the rear with 305/30x19" tires on the rear. No rubbing. I ordered the wheels from "West Cost Corvette".

Those are same size tires I am running(PS2's).Maybe I drive a bit more spirited as the rears lightly rubbed on the inside edge.
