Any one see the Motor Trend / Lingerfelter C5 vs. Jet article?
The C5 has a Lingerfelter forced air duct thru the front licence plate area ( custom insert)
then duct work/ filter to intake/ turbo's. Is this air setup available anyware or does Lingerfelter market it as a seperate piece? Looks GREAT! Want one!!!! :jester :conehead :troll
In the article, it stated that this was John's latest big power solution to attempt to beat the Hennessy Viper (which he did). He is running 14 pounds of boost in that thing!!! Also did you notice the price? 100K just for the mods!
I just finished reading the article. the reporter spent two whole pages telling us about his ride in an F-18 but nowhere did I find anything about the car except the performance specs. I guess they didn't have room in the rag to tell us how the Lingerfelter modification worked, they needed to test more S.U.V.'s. :smash: Motor Trend sucks a big one.

That same thought went through my head as I read the article. I thought for a second I was reading Jet Trend. I must admit though, the writers description of his flight in the jet had me laughing my butt off.
That Lingenfelter C5 has insane power to say the least!
I still don't have my Motor Trend or any of my other car rags.:mad
It must be our location :mad
I usually see people on the other side of the country get theirs weeks before I get mine :cuss
Guess they distribute from West to East :bs
