What codes do you get NOW-the EBCM was an issue and will cause the reduced Power issue.
I got new code now after I disconnect the battery again..
The code is P1275 H appearantly it was history code,,
I cleared it but the problem is still there REDUCED POWER ENGINE
the above code is so related to my symptom, I think it is related to athe ccelerator sensor,,,
I guess I need to fix or replace it,,
Now pull your codes again and post ALL of them. Start your car and pull the codes before turning off the ignition...

Given the nature of all these things happening at once, I think there is value in inspecting the PCM connectors for corrosion (prior battery lead), and security. It may lead to nothing, but it's worth inspecting.
