Reduced Power Engine and some codes.. plz HELP

Is that the ONLY code you get?

There's a link to the C5 unit at the bottom-you may just have a poor connection at the pedal.

Given the nature of all these things happening at once, I think there is value in inspecting the PCM connectors for corrosion (prior battery lead), and security. It may lead to nothing, but it's worth inspecting.
