HELL YES! Just look in your OWNERS MANUAL! Theres an entire chapter on FOBS and remote programming!

Better make sure it's the right fob for the 2000. The 2001 and up won't work and the 2000 costs about twice that.

Yes, but the passive feature won't be available. The fob will program and work fine though.
