LS1 edit
I'm intalling ported 243 heads on my c5 , i had LS1 edit installed by mspt, , no longer in bus , ive been told they have all the computers locked, can i install the heads without having the computer unlocked & retuned? thanks.

LS1 Edit was not installed.. LS1 Edit was used to tune your C5 PCM. 
If its locked,, your done. If you install new heads,, you SHOULD get the engine retuned. I THINK,,,, They can completely re-flash your PCM and install a new tune.
If it were me,, I would consider doing as much performance work that the BUDGET can handle and then get your retune.
What work has been done and what else can you do to enhance the BOLT ON PERFORMANCE?
