Fog Lamp cutouts.

Fog Lamp cutouts.
Ecklers and Corvette Central both sell a cutout section at the fog lamps. Does anybody think this will help with additional cooling. My car runs cool at the temps were having now but in the summer It is usually in the 100's all summer long. Also does anybody think this would add some air for the intake.
