hello all. I posted a thread last week about my clutch/ transmission grinding. So far I pulled the clutch access plate off, to see if the slave cylinder was engaging the clutch fully. The slave is moving approx .375" ..Which appears to look normal. I then bled the slave using the bleeder screw on top of the torque tube (pita getting wrench on screw). The clutch pedal is now stiff, and seems ok. The grinding has not improved at all.
Here is a video of the grinding noises that the clutch/trans is making. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The sound is most likely from your throwout bearing. Have somebody release the clutch while you look at the throwout bearing with the access cover off. That is where I would start.
