Default forged ls2 403ci normal temps

i have a ls2 stroked to 403ci with the following mods, ported stock tb, fast 102 ported, fast 56lb injectors, ewp with 180 stat,25% ud pulley, tb spacer from 102mm to 90mm, vortex intake, catch can,b&b headers, exhaust, and mid pipe, trick flow 225cnc heads milled 10cc, and ported meiling oil pump and external trans cooler. 11.1 compression. no converter installed yet.
my temps are:
180-210 for the water (can i add the 160 stat for better temps?)
198-203 for trans
220-236 oil
Are these temps acceptable? I am still breaking in the engine and it only has 20 miles on it so far. will the oil temps go down after break in and i switch back to the royal purple 5w-30 full synthetic. I believe the oil in it now for break in period is 15w 40 or something close to that but is regular oil not the normal synthetic i use and was told to use by larry engine in tucson az who built the forged motor. So is there anything to worry about or any comments?

What have you done aid in cooling?

More hp = more temp....and the 25% ud pulley is not helping (water pump is turning slower)

Forget the water pump part....didn't realize you're running an ewp.

I suggest upgrading to a dewitts radiator....

Coolant should be 205-220* ( to boil any water out )

Oil 200 to 250* ( normal operating temp for normal to hard running.)

Also I would run 10-w30 all or 10-w40 all the time. 5-w30 may be too light for stoker

Trans temp is good. Just put in a synthtic trans fluid, and synthtic gear oil in the diff, with anti slip
