Default Monster Clutch issues

I recently purchased an 02' Z06. The previous owner told me he had installed a monster stage I clutch in it, and I have had nothing but problems with this clutch since I purchased the car.

Here is a quick rundown of the issues:
- Chatters worse than any clutch I have ever had in any of my past cars
- if I try to slip it so it does not chatter the clutch starts squealing really loud and smells horrible
- when the car is sitting at idle the clutch rattles horribly loud

It does seem to hold the power well (460rwhp) and I don't have any issues with it sticking to the floor, but I was hoping that someone might have some ideas on why I'm having these issues.

The last issue sounds like a normal C5.

Did the flywheel get resurfaced or new flywheel?
Was everything clean when it was re-assembled? (greasy hands)
Is the rear main seal leaking?
Did they bleed the master and get brake fluid on the flywheel?
