I am not surprised. Last year I purchased my multi-function switch (new) from Amazon for half the price the dealer (including GMPartshouse) wanted for it.

Yes, it is correct and I was willing to wait as the site says 5- 7 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it shipped. I ordered mine on 11/5/2011 it arrived 11/22/2011.

Mine shipped today. I cant believe the price, its smokes everyone, by a LONG shot. I cant believe mid america pricing, they want 650 bucks, more then dealer retail, what a bunch of ****ing crooks good god almighty.

Yep. I've not purchased any major engine components from them but for instance I needed a pigtail for one of the front lights. Was $25+ at most places online and at the local auto parts stores. Less than $8 on Amazon. I completely understand overhead and that brick and mortar places need a little bit more to pay bills, but some of the prices compared to Amazon are egregiously out of line.
