T/C from astro van??
Im finally getting around to the cam swap, and have started to get most of the parts together. I'm set on the ms3 cam, and now I need to find a torque converter. First question is, is it a must to install a higher stall t/c for a cam? Second, if not, how would I make do with the stock t/c. Third, whats the deal with the t/c from an Astro van? Would that have the slightly higher rpm stall speed that I could get by on?

You can run the stock stall but you will be slower than stock until the cam comes on. The poor boy way in the past was to swap im a stall out of a v6 car cause they had a higher stall. Would I take the time and effort to do that in a c5 for a couple hundred higher rpm stall speed? Fk no. Buy a good stall like a vig, yank etc.
