I'm thinking of having the Mantic single disc clutch installed in my 2000 vert.
Only 19,000 miles on the car. Is there any advantage to having the slave unit and the other hydraulics changed at the same time?

Don't want to spend extra if I don't have to.

Thank you.

We would recommend changing the slave since it is removed to do the clutch anyway, but is very labor intensive to change by itself later if needed.
The master is easily changed at any time, and chances are both are fine, so I would leave that alone.

The stack hight of the clutches is correctly made for each model C5/C6 so no need for shimming. A tick master can certainly be used, but most just use the stock master.

How would this compare to the monster 2? I bought the whole kit with lighter fly/tick master ect and now have a blower, it's not gonna hold... This clutch has my interest!

I cannot speak for the Monster good or bad, but I am positive the Mantic will work fantastic for your needs. I would recommend the 9000 series twin for a higher HP car.
