ac compressor, bracket, LS3 swap

ac compressor, bracket, LS3 swap
Tried bolting up my LS6 ac bracket but it looks like a no go fitting up to the LS3 block. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I was very much unaware of this being a problem and I have done a lot of research. Searching here I can't find mention of this and/or a fix.
If the LS6 bracket does not fit I will need a LS2,3 bracket but then the ac compressor will need to be a LS2,3, which requires specific side mounted high/low pressure lines.
I could just get the LS2,3 bracket and compressor but the pressure lines will not work. Please help, what are my options?

Swapped in many an LS3 into C5's now, never had an issue with the AC brackets? They bolt right in, just some motor mount fitment needs to be done.

I will give it another try tonight and post a picture if I am still having problems. This should be easy compared to building the short block myself.
