Of all the different brans and models of replacement bulbs out there which brand and model throws the most brightness for the lower beam repkacement bulbs?

Bulb only or are you considering an HID conversion? If you're only looking for the bulb a common mod on here is to take a dremel and very slightly modify the housing to accept a 9005 bulb (high beam) it's the same bulb as the 9006 (low beam) but there's no end cap and it puts out a LOT more light. I've seen the difference in person and it's pretty huge. As far as brand goes, sylvania silver star seems to be pretty popular for regular halogen bulbs.

Personally I'd strongly suggest an HID conversion if you really want more light...
