Unhappy with C5 sound!!
New to this blog, but it seems to be right on the $$$$. Had to sell my 71 in AK, but now I'm in FL and just bought a 2006 C5 with convert. One problem almost immediately, the stereo in the car (Bose and 7 speakers) just runs out of volume, and not very load I mind you!!
I read in the owners manual that because of all the electrical componets of the car, only a well qualified tech should modify the sound system or any other electrical componets for that matter. Does anyone know of a "safe" way to increase the output of the stereos in my dream car?
Thanks in advance
Bob

The first thing you need to do, is figure out what year Corvette you have...as C5's range from 1997-2004. Once you have figured that out, you can post your question here:
