Ok did you buy those wheels new? You should call CCW and give them the specs of your wheels and double check that you they can fit. Do this before you drop that 2k
I have 18/19 CCW SP500's made for a BBK and the caliper to spoke clearance is verrrrry tight with my C6Z setup. What model CCW's do you have?
I just bought the car a month ago and they came with the CCWs. All I know is they're SP500 19x10f and 19x11r according to the original invoice from the previous owner, but that's all it has on it. I guess I'll have to contact CCW and see if they have a record of the specs for that set of wheels.

Yup do that, just to make sure man. You wouldnt wanna drop 2k and find out the dont fit ya know?
As was suggested, call CCW and get the straight answer
I called CCW to order 18 x 10 front and 18 x 11 rear and they told me that if I wanted BBK in the future, that 9.5 and 10.5 were the biggest that could be made to fit
So I doubt yours will clear but call them
I do have the front C6 Z06 template you could test fit to your CCWs, so PM me an addy and I'll send it if you want
If you do get C6 Z06 brakes, think about:
whether padlets (6 per front wheel) or one piece pads (two per front wheel) -- limited vendors for the one piece but better IMHO
whether get aftermarket pad retention bolts -- some people have had the bolts sieze in the caliper and break off At least one vendor makes a replacement bolt with elevated traditional head for normal wrench
whether to get two piece rotor in front to save weight -- something like 6# per side (or 9# I forget)
I wound up buying TSW Interlagos wheels to fit, and got a WilWood BBK for the same money as the C6 Z06 with two piece rotors and one piece pads
so look around if you want BBK, most companies have templates on their web site you can fit to your wheels
C6 z51 brakes will bolt right up. I have them on my car with my SP500's in 18/19. All you need are the rotors and caliper brackets. There was a vendor that had a kit for right around $500 for all 4 corners. If you want bigger brakes to fill up the wheels I'd go that route and save the extra $1500 for go fast mods.
