I've installed two sets of Dynamax headers/cats/x pipe systems and have been very impressed with their fit and quality.

Search is your friend here.

I run the LG street longtubes w/cats on my 02Z.Make sure you also put rear 02 sensors in the front w/the supplied adapter.

Yes,a tune after the install would be good.

For you I would suggest the LG streets. We offer an off road only option as well.

If you do buy a catted set they come with off road pipes and cats so you can swap them out when needed.

A tune will def. be needed if you plan to run catless.

Love my American Racing Headers, X and GHL tails, they bolted right on. Tune is a must to realize full potential but the car will run fine w/o one. You can even mail in the PCM and have it done. Check with East Coast Supercharger if interested. They do a nice job with this.

The top three in alphabetical order; American Racing, Kooks, LG
You won't go wrong with any of them.
I bought AR headers as I was doing a self install and they reportedly had the best fit and were easiest to install.
If you are having a shop install them go with the brand they recommend (if one of the above) as experience makes installs go quicker.
Yes get it tuned. you will gain some extra HP and make the annoying CEL go away. After header installation the rear O2's set a lean signal.

Absolutely need to tune it after the install, especially if you plan on going catless. You could probably get away without by having the cats in place, but do it right and adjust the tune rather than making the pcm adjust itself and having the fuel trims way off.

I have LG streets on mine. The fit and quality of the headers is great, but I had a bit of trouble with the x-pipe. The connections towards the engine were slightly angled toward one another, and I had to work them to correct so there wasn't an exhaust leak.

i love my TSPs,they dropped right in, fit great, no cats, 3 inch X. a lot of people say they dont like them because they are ceramic coated and not stainless but even after years of being driven in the rain and sitting outside daily in s florida, they still look new. these are half the price of the others. also look at the XS power ones. they are stainless, fit well, and are priced well.

I went with Jet-Coats ceramic coated headers a while back. They do ceramic coating for exhaust systems and also sell headers. I think they were around $600 shipped. Went with 3" system with RT cats, x-pipe, and 3" Dynomax muffs. I think some of the headers for our cars carry too much vette tax.[/I]

American Racing Headers (ARH) and X-Pipe. . . Suggest you order them
with "Jet Hot" coating; will cost about an additional $150.00, but worth it.
