If you're going to purchase new why don't you get the updated 2011 versions. Instead of having to use an Allen key to hold the shaft the newer ones have a 10mm hex end....makes it easier to install

You dont need an allen wrench to remove the old ones, all you need is either an open end or an adjustable wrench to keep it from rotating.
