Best ceramic coating for used headers?
I need to get my AR Headers ceramic coated. They are used, will this cause a problem for the process? And whats the best coating for heat retention and durability? thanks

I was driving home with a buddy after buying his Z. We were on the road for a little over 3 hours when we pulled into a gas station. I had him pop the hood so I could see if their coatings were all that they say they are. I literally put my hand on the header without getting burnt. I was amazed to say the least. I didn't hold my hand on there, but I was able to touch them and not get burnt.

The prep is the key. The best coating in the world will fall off if the prep is poor.
If you live in a large city, there are probably a few places that do coating.
I'm going to have my used XS power headers done soon. That shiny finish in the adds turns ugly with use.
