Kooks header problem?
So I have had kooks on my car for 10,000 miles. I took apart my exhaust because I have been getting exhaust smell in the cabin even when the windows are up and I am cruising on the highway.
Anyway, I was putting it back together and I noticed that the point where the header ball connects to the midpipe socket is not even close to being straight. My midpipe comes in like this "-------", while the kooks header comes in like this "/". Obviously the angle is not that extreme, but you get the idea. The result is that the ball comes into the socket at an angle and I am concerned it is not sealing all the way.
Those with Kooks, did you have this problem?
