Default Throwing code C1283 and Active Handling message

Hello all. I have read through a ton of posts regarding all kinds of different messages. Here's the skinny:
I am getting the Active Handling Warming Up message. I am also throwing code C1283-Excessive time to center steering. Is this indicative of a faulty steering position sensor? I should also mention that the Service Vehicle soon and Service Active Handling message also come up hand in hand. The service vehicle soon doesn't come any other time except when the Service Active Handling comes up. Now I've read all kinds of posts regarding the IAT sensor and wiring shorts. I have also had the 2 codes there come up as well. P0113 & P1111. I found a break in the sensor wire at the connector and repaired the positive side. Now I show the 5 volts. I have thrown the P0113 once since that was fixed but keep throwing the P1111. Can anyone help me with this? I am slowly running out of patience with these conditions. I should also mention I have aftermarket wheels and tires. I have not received any wheel sensor codes so I assume the ratios are close. Front 225/35-20 rear 275/30-20. 2% slow to the front and .6% fast in the rear. When the fronts need to be replaced I will go with 245/30-20 for a .4% slow. But it came with these wheels and tires and are too expensive to worry about for now. And since the wheel sensors are not triggering any codes I am assuming they are ok. Any one have any clues as to what's going on here and how I can resolve the issue?
