Other Cars Key Fobs Causing Error Codes
I was wondering if other people have seen a key fob from another car causing error codes to come up?
I have been fighting bo-rfa errors for some time now and finally occured to me the other key fob maybe causing problems. It's from a 2010 Toyota Venza with a totally keyless system. My key fob causes errors on other Venza's, a Chrysler 300M and this weekend a vw Jetta. Problems ranged from no key detected, car not starting and the Jetta's windows to stop working. I'm give a vette a drive this weekend with the other set of keys I have, but this is very bizarre.
