Power Telescoping steering on 2002 coupe

Power Telescoping steering on 2002 coupe

If you have a telescoping steering wheel, should it also have power tilt. Only had the car 4 months and just discovered that either I don't have tilt, or it doesn't work. Telescoping works fine. Thanks, Charlie

The tilt is manual. Pull release lever and move where you want it and lock back. It's on 3-5 of the 2003 owner's manual. The 2002 manual may vary, but it's in there.

Guys, I immediately ran out to my 20 degree pole barn and tried the lever back and forth, but did not work. Read the manual which said pull the level towards you. Back out to try again, and this time it worked. It was very stuff but a hard pull got it. Put the car back to it's winter sleep. Thanks for all your replies, Charlie
