my 99 coupe just came out from engine rebuild and procharger installation,, i also installed alky meth kit,, boos-a-pump and external gauges,,
now my dash sometimes goes crazy and shows all kind of messages and all gauges in cluster go to an end,, switching the engine off and back on solves it until it goes crazy again,,
I also noticed that my driver doors controls goes off sometimes,,
I think you're probably a victim of the junction in the driver's door accordian. There is a connector there that get's corroded or the pins get deformed and causes exactly the symptoms you're describing. Open the door, pull back the accordian and you can see the connector. There are actually two connector there. Disconnect both of them and remove the accordian so you have some room to work. Look carefully at both the male and female components. You may find one or more deformed and not making a good connection. Using a small scribe, fix the female side and make sure everything is clean and dry. Reconnect everything and there's a good chance the problem is solved. This is a fairly common problem.
Also check all the grounds in the engine compartment and also the injector harness that runs behind the driver's side head to make sure that's not abraided and shorting out.
Many times when you have crazy electrical problems a ground is a good place to start........clean them up!
Good advice for a problem that just popped up out of nowhere; however, the OP just had the engine rebuilt, and has problems with the drivers door controls.
That being said, Kevin's advice is solid in inspecting the door wiring. Since the engine has been out of the car, I would be more concerned that the grounds are secure(as opposed to clean)....starting with G106.
i toggled the connecters inside door accordian,, door controls went on and off,, today i will pull them out and clean them and let you know if that solves dash issue too,,

Looks like that's your problem. Check for any bent or damaged pins. Check the wiring for any damage/chafing while you're in there.
If you check your codes you'll find lots of U codes caused by the power fluctuation. Clear them down and you can check if your fix has worked.
