Recently my oil pressure gauge started reading 80 psi. It stays on 80 psi when the engine is running. Is it due to a faulty oil pressure sending unit? If so how do I find it and replace it? I tried to find a online repair manual but was unsuccessful. Anyone out there got a solution for my problem? Thanks.

Here's a couple of tips for you. Put the problem you're having in your title so it can be easily searched and followed. "What's wrong" doesn't really help. Second, you have a bad oil pressure sender. There are three popular ways to replace it. If you'll SEARCH oil pressure sender or oil pressure sensor, you'll find how-to's including videos and you can choose which method you would like to use. A dealer would remove the intake and charge you about 3-400 bucks. You can do it yourself if you like. SEARCHING will arm you with the information you need to fix it for around $40 if you are so inclined, ot help you decide if you want to take it to a shop. There are probably a thousand or more posts on this forum about your problem.
And here's a third tip, don't post the exact same thing a half hour later. You can edit the current post or post again in the same thread. I'm really trying to help you, and not just give you a hard time.
